Water finding paste

Water finding paste is used to gauge water content in fuels and other non-water mixable products as well as
measure in water soluble products like sulfuric acid, nitric acid, ammonia, salt and other chloride solutions.

Operation of water finding paste:
Put a thin layer water finding paste on a clean measuring tape or water finding stick about where the waterlevel is expected. Drop the measuring tape until you've reached the bottom. The waterlevel is now signed by a color difference of the paste. Direct result in gasoline, kerosine and gasoil, in thick oils result in a few seconds.

Water finding paper
Water finding paper is used to find water in eatable oils, while in these oils water finding paste is not allowed to be used.

Operation of water finding paper:
Put the water finding paper on a special measuring stick (waterstick). Drop the measuringstick until you've reached the bottom. De productheight is now signed by a colordifference of the paper. Results can directly be measured by reading the waterstick.
